Mark Pennington

Mark Pennington has been a practicing attorney in the state of Iowa since 1975.  He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, both undergrad and law school.  He served for 3 ½ years as an Assistant Polk County Attorney prosecuting crimes from kidnaping to sex abuse.

He is currently a law partner of William Kutmus who specializes in criminal defense.  Mr. Pennington’s speciality is personal injury and death claims on behalf of the plaintiff.  This specialty has allowed him to be familiar with not only the insurance companies who
typically will represent defendant drivers in automobile collision cases, but also many of the medical providers that will be called on to provide testimony on behalf of his clients.  Mr. Pennington also has two legal assistants, Julie Imler and Jodi Nissen who have been with him for a combined 19 years.

Mr. Pennington has been fortunate to represent many members of the Chinese community over the years who have been injured through the negligence of a third party.  There are never any fees up front and consultations are free.  He represents individuals only on a contingent fee agreement.  The only fee that is paid is from a recovery.  There are no expenses up front.
